I would never trust any job ad that requires someone to pay to start the employment application process. That certainly is "dodgy" and you should avoid it.

I am very bullish on oil and I am long on DBO. Not necessarily bullish on big oil companies. Big oil is having trouble maintaining their proven oil and gas reserves and finding new reserves in a world of dwindling oil deposits. The price of oil itself is up; the future of big oil companies is down. State run oil companies control the world's oil.
