UK, Italy, and France: Welcome to the club! It seems that America’s experience in Vietnam and other places haven’t been of much educational value to Europe. This cartoon shows a modern day problem with the oil companies. Oil is essential in America. There are many fears in today's world about running out of oil. The more people fear about the loss of oil, the more they are willing to pay to get oil. If people fear the oil companies and the problems in other countries dealing with oil, the higher gas prices will become.
