    green card are not sold in vending machines YOU the spouse have to properly file an alien relative sponsorship form I 130 for him after its considered and approved he will have legal redidence and can apply for a US Social Security card and find a job right now you maybe in violation of us immigration laws marriage does not mean ok to move here from onother country without proper uaauthorization for the DEPT of Homeland security (USCIS)but only for a limited 90 days
