At the end of the standard toolbar:
Select the More Buttons icon (>>).
Select the Add or Remove Buttons sub-menu.
Check the Chart Wizard icon.
The icon will display in the toolbar.

Also you can call up the Chart toolbar by:
Selecting View menu.
Select the Toolbars sub-menu.
Check the Chart toolbar.
The Chart toolbar will display on screen.

This obscenely horrible stuff comes from a church that has 30 "members" and one hate-spewing lunatic pastor. Reminds one of the other hate-spewer in FL who was going to burn Korans.

The interesting part of this controversy, as the Supreme Court tries to figure out what laws apply in this bizarre situation — the interesting part is the fact that the US has free speech, even for such ghastly goons.

It was BS to begin with. Nothing but a "copy-cat" to the CRU emails. It was a political tactic derived from a military tactic. When you have the enemy on the run, keep up the pressure and the resistance will eventually fold. Unfortunately for the purveyors (John O'Sulivan) of this myth, they forgot to use the truth.
