You need to make the minimum because you are giving half the service so you get half the wage. You have to go full time and then you'd be eligible. If the organization only got approval for it to be a part time position then there is no funding you to make the max $. I'd just find out from the supervisor if i were you but I know you need to be full time to get the full dollars.

And then do

}

and then in processing do..

$country = $countries[$formData['countryCode']];
$country_code = $country['country_code'];

A little simpler than redoing it 3 times.

There are rigs all over the world, there is work off of Mexico and there is loads of work in the Gulf of Mexico. Look at sites like http://www.rigzone.com and http://www.worldwideworker.com for jobs in those areas.
