There may be an agency in the UK but I’m located in the US and would not be aware of one. My suggestion would be to contact the offshore rig companies directly as to employment. Also, if you are not hire-able at the present time, ask them what other job skills you could obtain to become employable in the future such as land based rig experience in Europe, roustabout experience on land, etc.
You might also consider working for a oilfield service company such as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker, etc. which provide service support to offshore rigs and land-based drilling rigs.

These oil companies are earning billons of dollars whereas almost every third company is going into severe losses.These oil companies are delibrately keeping oil prices high bcoz they know oil is lifeline of every economy.This is absolutely unfair practice.Also oil traders are making profits.Oil trading should be regularised to check the oil prices.All food and essential exports to opec countries should be made expensive as we are paying more for everything.

you probably got a big virus thats what probably caused it to slow down and not let programs work. you might have to go and take your laptop in to be fixed. next time try getting anti virus if you dont already have it.. if its not that i would reccomend taking it in to be inspected.
