My father built a house about 6 years ago. The house however is 30 yards from a pumping Jack and about 50 yards from two oil barrel things so the problem is that they pumping jack has now quit pumping so they had to come in and drill deeper and they have done a HORRIBLE job of keeping it clean.. We hired a man to clean up the yard and keep its up keep but when the work over rig and all the trucks and pick ups of the workers came in they broke a tree, broke a metal gate and have turned our yard that looked like a national park into a mud pit it is Absolutely ugly and we take great pride in our yard. we also have heard that we can get some kind of pay for them making noise and just having to put up with them being like literally in the back yard…???? Should we get a attorney or should they have payed us before coming in or what will owe when finished? We are just confused and very saddened that our yard has been turned into this..SO plz help us figure out if we have any kind of rights… THANK YOU

You should start by consulting an attorney. He or she will understand your rights better than most people in this forum. It sounds to me that they would be liable to any damages or mess done to your land, but exactly what you would have to consult some legal advice.

Oil Drilling problem…..? is a post from: Oil Rig Jobs

How would i go about getting a job on a Oil Rig?

land oil rig jobs

Want to work on a rig on land. Thanks for your help! at the rate congress allows our money to be spent, we will be in debt to the tune of at least nine trillion by 2015. a trillion here, a trillion there–no biggie, huh? we know that mr. obama doesn’t think so. or for that matter, nancy pelosi.

and so, since so many american citizens are destitute and depressed that they are out of a job with no end to their unemployment in sight, why doesn’t mr. obama, who is quickly becoming the most hated president in US history, do even ONE AMERICAN THING that would be considered as honorable to our people, whom he is supposed to SERVE, such as …

calling for spending some of our deficit fiat dollars on hiring our own american citizens to go down to the gulf area to use their american initiative (which worked so well when we liberated europe from pagan, superstitious, totalitarian, aryan, nazi rule by fighting, at great risk to our boys–our soldiers–so hard to win WWII) to regain a living and to pay TAXES on the wages that they EARN, by using the fictitious funds available to them in our tax-laden coffers, in order to…

put their american know-how and strong, independent hands to the task of getting the oil off of the land and out of the estuaries where wildlife that NEEDS to stay alive to breed and to remain a very important part of the vast food chain that feeds us, and to

do what it takes to work with any party that comes in ships to clean that oil off of the ocean waters, because…

doesn’t obama and the dunderheads in congress realize that our businesses called The Airlines are suffering greatly and operating at no profit in order to not declare bankruptcy and thereby go belly up so that anyone with the bucks, for instance, china, can buy them out after that fateful, world-changing day, namely September 11, 2001, would ever so gladly accept government stimulus funds to pay for americans now out of work to take a fully-paid and not discounted coach seat to be flown down to the south to again, work on cleaning up that disaster as fast as you can say, "boo!," all so that…

they can pay THE TAX on the wages that they earn to lower the budget deficit? and…

by so doing whatever they can, as quickly as they can, to clean up the spill in AMERICAN waters, in order that the odd 25 or so empty oil rigs now standing in our gulf will not be bought up by Petrobas, a brasilian company which is owned by the man that put obama into office so that he could operate him like a puppet, namely, the mega-billionaire, george soros, who capitalizes on disaster and poverty when he purchases worthless currencies and then sells them when they are more solvent later, at a gain (read this: http://tammybruce.com/2010/06/obama-boss-george-soros-ready-to-profit-from-oil-disaster.html), but will be utilized again, safely this time, to…

give us, the american people, enough petroleum to get us to the point whereby we, creative and ingenious americans, can develop–using the badly-needed TIME that is necessary to do it right–means by which to live out our daily lives as we do on cleaner energy sources–if, that is, it can be done at all?

certainly there are enough tourist motels now almost entirely empty, needy of guests down there–The Tax is paid when the rooms are occupied, isn’t it? and…

there are so many restaurateurs that are ready, willing, and able (not putting the local fish on the menu, however, sarcastic ha ha ha) to feed AMERICAN workers sent specifically, to do what it takes to fix, PDQ, the mess that is adversely affecting our nation, and more specifically,

our future. because…

how can we compete with other nations on this planet to do business if we simply QUIT (americans never have been quitters, have they?) while ridiculous, time-wasting arguments are had over who will sue whom and for how much money, on the effort to get it cleaned up?

is it sensible to just give up? is it smart to sell the rigs now standing on our continental shelf to companies of other countries rather than to figure out a way (THEY–all of the other nations drilling for oil and slurping it up as fast as they can–do not stop just because of this particular BP CATASTROPHE) to get that oil in a safe way, and to refine it, here, in the United States of America using AMERICAN workers (not illegal aliens that the fools in government are working towards giving amnesty to, a nice little parting tough by mr. obama on the advice of john mccain, who took it over from teddy kennedy, when he leaves his first, and his only, term of office) all so that we can live THE AMERICAN WAY? or shall we allow mr. obama to force us into government servitude because we get poorer and poorer under his marxist agenda?

well, what do ya all think should be done now? do you agree or disagree that our own money should be given in the form of wages and costs to our own people to get this spill cleaned up and

I would suspect that Obama has investments in renewable energy. By the time he finishes off the US oil industry, we will get to watch him become a multi-billionaire through his vision for change to renewable energy. I believe in renewable energies,,,but who is really falling for this!?!?!

why won’t obama spend our own money to hire americans out of work to help clean up the gulf oil spill? is a post from: Oil Rig Jobs

please answer these questions.?

land oil rig jobs

1. To solve this problem people have been giving up some of their land to the indigenous people so they can live and support their culture.
12)Chile and Venezuela’s economies are the same because they both depend on their exports. Venezuela’s export is oil and Chile’s export is copper. Both countries have had similar booms in economy and horrible drops in economy but the countries still produce their exports. There economy can also be contrasted because when Venezuela’s country went down during the drop in oil prices, the countries government started a new policy call privatization which is a policy that opens private businesses, which restored the economy and then, people got many jobs and where able to pay the bills and provide a TV for the house. Chile’s economy restored itself by selling agricultural products and to stop relying on copper to bring money to the country.

This was thoroughly researched

Im not that good in socail studies can you help me? is a post from: Oil Rig Jobs

ii know i shod do my one test but i was sick for 2 wecks if i dont git a A 100 i will fill 7th grad.?

land oil rig jobs

1.
